Process automation

We remove the manual steps where data gets retyped between windows: request handling, reports, syncing systems.

We build automation on n8n and Claude: incoming request handling, report assembly, catalogue syncing, Telegram and WhatsApp bots. We start with the one process that eats the most hours and measure before and after.

A typical flow

RequestClauden8nCRM

A request goes into triage, the model extracts what matters, the workflow puts the result where it is expected. What sits at each step depends on your process.

What's included

Frequently asked questions

n8n or Zapier?

For a couple of simple links Zapier is enough, and we will say so. We take n8n when there are many scenarios, when predictable cost at scale matters, or when data must not leave for a third-party cloud.

Where will our data live?

We deploy n8n self-hosted — on your server or ours, as agreed. Credentials and code stay with you; you can leave us without rewriting from scratch.

How do we know the automation paid off?

Before we start we record how many hours the process takes today. After launch we measure again and price the difference at your hourly rate. If there is no saving, the same numbers show it.

Show us the one process that annoys you most

We spend 45 minutes on it together. You leave with a diagram and an estimate — even if you buy nothing from us.
