Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between Amplituda ("Company", "we") and anyone using amplituda.pro or engaging our services ("Client"). By using the site or submitting an enquiry, you accept these Terms in full. Effective date: 18 June 2026.

1. About Us

2. Services Provided

The Company provides services in the following areas: reputation management and SERM; web development (websites, landing pages, web applications); AI process automation (n8n, Telegram bots, integrations); Avito and marketplace promotion; turnkey ready-made digital solutions. The specific scope of work, timelines and price are set out in an individual commercial proposal or agreement.

3. Ordering Services

The Client submits an enquiry via the contact form on the website or through direct communication. The enquiry does not constitute a public offer. Contractual relations arise upon the Company's written confirmation of the order and agreement on terms (scope, timeline, price). Prior to confirmation, the Company may decline an order without explanation.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are determined individually. Tariffs listed on the website are informational and do not constitute a public offer. Invoices are issued in euros. Payment schedule and terms (advance, milestone-based, post-payment) are set out in the agreement. Bank charges for international transfers are borne by the Client.

5. Results and Warranties

The Company applies professional best efforts to achieve agreed targets but does not warrant specific commercial outcomes that depend on external factors: changes in search engine algorithms, competitor actions, or market conditions. Forecast figures in proposals are indicative. Final outcomes are recorded in acceptance certificates.

6. Intellectual Property

All project deliverables (texts, design mock-ups, code, workflows) are transferred to the Client by acceptance certificate as provided in the agreement, upon full payment. Until full payment, exclusive rights remain with the Company. The Company may use the completed project in its portfolio unless the agreement expressly provides otherwise.

7. Confidentiality

The parties undertake not to disclose confidential information to third parties without the written consent of the disclosing party. Confidential information includes commercial terms, technical project documentation and personal data shared in the course of the project. Confidentiality obligations survive for 3 years after the end of the cooperation.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company's total aggregate liability to the Client for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client for the specific project. The Company is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, loss of data, or reputational harm not directly caused by the Company.

9. Force Majeure

The parties are released from liability for failure to perform obligations resulting from force majeure events: actions of public authorities, legislative changes, natural disasters, or disruptions to the internet or third-party platforms. The party affected by force majeure must notify the other party in writing within 3 business days.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. The parties shall endeavour to resolve disputes through negotiation. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to the courts of Riga at the Company's place of business.

11. Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these Terms. The current version is published at amplituda.pro/en/terms/. Terms agreed in a specific contract take precedence over this public version.
