Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Amplituda processes personal data when you use the website amplituda.pro. The Policy is prepared in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Latvian personal data protection legislation. Effective date: 18 June 2026.
1. Data Controller
The data controller is Amplituda ("we", "us", "our"), registered address: Jaunmilgravja 142, Riga, Latvia. Privacy contact: d.g.lvttp@gmail.com, phone: +371 25 391 655.
2. Data We Collect
We only collect data you voluntarily provide through our contact form or direct communication: your name or alias; email address and/or phone number; selected service area; free-text message. We do not collect payment details, identity documents, or other special-category personal data.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
Your data is processed solely to respond to your enquiry and take pre-contractual steps (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in pursuit of our legitimate interests in handling incoming business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use your data for profiling, automated decision-making, or marketing without separate consent.
4. Retention Period
Prospective client data is retained for up to 24 months from the last contact. Contract-related data is archived in accordance with Latvian accounting and tax legislation (typically up to 5 years). Upon your request, data is deleted earlier unless retention is required by applicable law.
5. Data Sharing
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. We use our own n8n automation infrastructure hosted on servers within the EU/EEA to process incoming enquiries. If a specific project requires sub-processors (e.g. cloud services), we will notify you in advance.
6. Cookies and Analytics
amplituda.pro is a statically exported website and does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Your browser may set technical session cookies for correct site rendering — these do not personally identify you and are automatically deleted when you close the tab.
7. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards: mandatory TLS/HTTPS encryption, least-privilege access to data processing systems, regular software updates and backups. No internet system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your GDPR Rights
You have the right to: access your data and receive a copy (Art. 15); rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16); erasure ("right to be forgotten") (Art. 17); restriction of processing in disputed cases (Art. 18); data portability in a machine-readable format (Art. 20); object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21).
