Challenge
A catalogue of 1800+ products lived across six platforms, with prices and stock reconciled by hand. It ate up to 8 hours a week and routinely caused desync: a sold item still listed here, an old price there.
Solution
We built a single sync pipeline on n8n: stock and prices are pulled from the inventory system and pushed to all six platforms on a schedule. Discrepancies are flagged, and manual reconciliation is gone.
