Designed and shipped a full-cycle HR platform: hiring runs 3× faster, recruiter routine down 70%.
Challenge
A recruiting agency ran on Excel and chats: candidates got lost between stages, vacancy statuses lived in managers’ heads, and funnel analytics did not exist.
Solution
Built a product CRM from scratch on FastAPI + Next.js: 22 modules, a drag-and-drop hiring pipeline, AI candidate scoring, multi-tenancy with RLS and roles. From idea and architecture to production and support — full cycle.
Result
Live in production since April 2026 with real users: time-to-hire cut threefold, manual recruiter routine down 70%.
